双喻文化背景下高职院校新型师生关系探究 被引量:1

摘要 在玛格丽特·米德提出的"前喻文化"和"后喻文化"理论基础上,尝试将两种文化融合,分析高职院校"双喻文化"环境中的新型师生关系。通过对双喻文化内涵以及该文化背景下建构高职师生关系理论基础的分析,厘清影响高职师生关系的因素,从实践终身教育理念,打造师生学习共生体;优化机会成本,构建师生合作体系;创建共享教学课堂,平衡师生角色定位以及加强教学模式供给侧改革,创设师生互动教学机制等途径,建构具有共生、合作、统一和多元互动特征的高职新型师生关系。 Based on the idea of"the pre-figurative culture"and"the post-figurative culture"put forward by Margaret Mead,this paper tries to integrate the two cultures to analyze the relationship between teachers and students in the modern higher vocational education against the background of“dual-figurative culture”.Based on the analysis of connotation of“dual-figurative culture”and the analysis of the theoretical basis of constructing the new teacher-student relationship in higher vocational education under this cultural background,the paper clarifies the factors that affect the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational education and creates teacher and student symbiosis from the practice of lifelong education concept.The paper also optimizes the opportunity cost and tries to build teacher and student cooperation system,the creation of shared teaching class,the balance of the role of teachers and students and enhancement of the teaching mode supply side reform and the creation of the teacher-student interaction teaching mechanism to build the symbiosis,cooperation,unity and multiple interaction characteristic of the higher vocational education new teacher-student relationship.
