当代中越边境跨境民族的人口跨境迁移探析——以云南省红河州为例

An Investigation into Cross-border Migration in Contemporary Sino-Vietnam Transnational Nationalities :A Case Study on Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province

当代国际迁移受财富和权力等因素在全球范围内不平衡分布的影响,不仅延续着过去的迁移特征,又呈现出一些新的发展趋势。跨境民族作为中越两国陆地边境地区当代主要的国际迁移主体,无论是迁移的规模还是类型,在全球化和信息化的今天都不可避免地呈现出新的发展趋势。在红河州中越边境地区,自20世纪下半叶以来出现了几个重要的跨境迁移潮,发展到当前,各种类型的跨境迁移总体上又呈现出了加速化、个体化、女性化、单向性、非法性等多元化特征和发展趋势。

Contemporary international migration is affected by the unbalanced distribution of wealth,power and other factors in the world.It not only continues the characteristics of migration in the past,but also presents some new trends.Cross-border ethnic groups,as the main contemporary international migrants in land border areas of both China and Vietnam,no matter the size or type of migration,inevitably present new trends in globalization and informationization today.In the Sino-Vietnamese border regions of Honghe Prefecture,several important waves of cross-border migration have emerged since the second half of the 20th century.Up to now,various types of cross-border migration have generally taken the characteristics of acceleration,female-individualization,diversification and unification,and illegality.
