Throughout the development of European integration process,relatively invisible cultural factors play a crucial role,in which political,economic,military and other traditional elements are difficult to match.The implementation of the European culture industry policy strengthens the culture contact and communication,alleviates the contradictions among European countries,and plays a crucial role in the development of European integration.The culture industry is an industry that belongs to the big category of culture development,providing the production and service of culture products for the society.This paper expounds the culture industry policy and implementation,analyzes the influence and the role of the European integration process,and puts forward to some inspirations and suggestions on speeding up the building of China-ASEAN Community of common Destiny.
