新常态下投资驱动型县域经济发展问题探究——以富宁县为研究对象

A Study on the Economic Development of Investment-Driven County in Border Areas:Taking Fu-ning County as an Example

通过广义灰色关联系统分析方法,分析富宁县经济发展的驱动力,结果表明富宁县经济发展呈现明显的投资驱动特征。投资带动富宁县经济发展的同时,也存在着投资后劲不足、投资结构失衡以及投资来源单一的问题。新常态下处于经济转型期的富宁县不能简单否定投资驱动型经济发展模式,而是应当在肯定投资对经济发展起积极作用的同时,提升投资驱动质量,调整优化经济结构,转变经济发展方式,培育可持续的经济增长动力。

The driving force of economic development in Funing County is analyzed by means of the generalized gray system correlation method.The result shows that the economic development of Funing County presents obviously an investment-driven characteristic.Although investment has driven the economic development of Funing County,problems like insufficient investment,imbalanced investment structure and single investment source are also existed.Under the new normal situation,Funing county in a process of economic transition shall enhance the investment-driven quality,adjusting and optimizing the economic structure,transforming the economy developing form and foster the sustainable economic growth on the basis of recognizing the positive role of investment on the economic development of the country,rather than simply denying the investment-driven economic development model.
