摘要
为了提升农民工工作幸福感和工作绩效,降低农民工的离职倾向,以乌鲁木齐和昌吉部分企业的农民工为研究对象,通过调查问卷收集数据。在研究中,采用结构方程模型,从工作时间、薪酬水平、人际氛围、学习发展和上级关怀5个方面对农民工工作幸福感的影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明:学习发展和人际氛围对农民工工作幸福感的正向影响作用最为显著,其次是上级关怀,然后是薪酬水平,而工作时间对农民工工作幸福感没有显著影响。为了不断提升农民工工作幸福感和工作绩效,企业管理者应积极为农民工提供职业技能培训,丰富农民工业余生活,给予农民工足够的尊重、关心和支持等。
In order to advance migrant workers’well-being and their work performance,and to reduce the turnover,we collected data through a survey among the workers in some enterprises in Urumqi and Changji.The SEM(Structural Equation Modelling)is applied to the study of factors influencing migrant workers’well-being at work in Chan in the following 5 aspects:working hours,wage levels,social environment,learning and development and administration care.The results show that learning and development,social environment have the most significant positive influence,followed by administration care and wage levels,and working hours has no significant effect.For constant rise of migrant workers’well-being and their work performance,enterprise management should provide more professional training,enrich leisure time activities,and give more respect,care and support to migrant workers.
