摘要
对典型性难流动物料进行剪切测试,确定物料流动特性。建立分析模型,根据安息角和摩擦角测试进行参数校准。基于物料流动性分析对转运料斗进行优化设计,物料流动性分析真实地模拟物料在实际工况条件下的运动特征(平均速度、质量流速、冲击作用力等),进而改进转运料斗结构,避免物料产生偏载、堵料、积料、撒料等问题。
Shear tests are performed on typical hard-to-flow materials to determine the flow characteristics of the materials,and analysis model is established to calibrate parameters through repose angle and friction angle tests.Transfer hopper is optimized based on the analysis of fluidity of materials.Fluidity analysis truly simulates the movement characteristics(average speed,mass velocity,impact force,etc.)of the materials under actual conditions so as to present an optimal hopper without problems such as unbalanced loading,blocking,buildup and spillage.
