摘要
基于经典振动分析方法 ,总结了减速器3类常见故障(轴故障、齿轮故障、轴承故障)在振动方面的特征。利用Matlab数据处理和信号分析功能,采用时域分析、相关分析、频域分析、时频分析等方法,结合已知的减速器基本参数,从不同角度挖掘信号中的故障信息,进行故障推断,并以案例的形式介绍了对某型门座起重机起升机构减速器故障诊断的具体执行过程,得出诊断结果。对该机减速器故障诊断的研究,能弥补其状态监测与故障诊断的不足,保证其运行的安全高效性,提升设备管理水平。
The vibration characteristics of three common failures(shaft failure,gear failure,and bearing failure)of reducer are summarized by using classic vibration analysis method.Matlab with data processing and signal analysis functions is used,and methods such as time-domain analysis,correlation analysis,frequency-domain analysis,and time-frequency analysis are taken to dig up fault information in signals from different angles and further infer faults on the basis of the known basic parameters of reducer.In addition,specific fault diagnosis process of the reducer of the lifting mechanism of a portal crane is introduced with examples,and diagnosis result is obtained.Studying the fault diagnosis of reducer can make up the deficiency in its condition monitoring and fault diagnosis so as to ensure safe and efficient operation and improve equipment management level.
