摘要
棘轮棘爪装置是钢丝绳电动葫芦安全制动器的主要形式,触发速度与触发制停距离是其重要性能参数。文中介绍了该装置的触发原理,提出空载变频加速测试与负载坠落试验相结合,测量制停时间与制停距离的试验方法,并开发了一套变频调速测试系统。对HZ型钢丝绳电动葫芦的安全制动器进行试验,结果表明:变频调速测试系统可以完成空载状态下的触发速度检测,负载超速下降时安全制动器可以起到制停或减速作用。
Ratchet-pawl device is a main form of the safety brake of electric rope hoist,and its trigger speed and trigger braking distance are important performance parameters.The paper introduces its trigger principle and proposes the test method of combining no-load variable-frequency acceleration test and load-dropping test and measuring braking time and distance.A set of variable-frequency speed control testing system is developed.The safety brake of HZ type electric rope hoist is tested,showing that the variable-frequency speed control testing system can detect trigger speed under no-load condition,and the safety brake can play the role of stopping or decelerating when load drops at an excessive speed.
