桥式抓斗卸船机机房底架加强筋布局优化分析

Analysis on layout optimization of stiffeners for machinery house station of bridge-type grab ship unloader

桥式抓斗卸船机的所有结构件中,机房底座的焊接最为复杂和困难,在实际施工过程中,筋板对筋的出错率较高,降低机房底架的机构底座筋板对筋误差极其重要。文中针对筋板对筋问题进行了研究分析。

Among the structural parts of bridge-type grab ship unloader,machinery house station is the most difficult to weld.In practical construction,stiffener alignment is usually prone to error.It’s imperative to minimize errors in the alignment of stiffeners used for the base of machinery house station.This problem is discussed and analyzed in the paper.
