摘要
可通过对三排滚柱式回转支承的受力分析,分别计算了各运行条件下机构所受的轴向力和倾覆力矩,对其承载能力进行验证,且根据滚动体不同载荷状态,计算回转支承上滚道及下滚道的静态安全系数,并与许用安全系数进行对比。验算了回转支承安装螺栓的承载能力,从而确定塔式起重机实际的安全使用范围。
In the paper,axial force and overturning moment of three-row roller slewing bearing under all conditions are calculated based on its stress analysis,and its carrying capacity is verified.Moreover,static safety factor of upper and lower raceways of the slewing bearing is calculated under different loads on rollers,and compared with allowable safety factor.To ensure safe installation of the crane,carrying capacity of the bolt used for slewing bearing mounting is calculated so as to determine the actual safe use range of tower crane.
