摘要
带式输送机的输送倾角直接关系到输送系统的长度和占地面积,对项目前期投资、后期服务等费用影响很大。介绍一种行之有效的试验方法并进行试验数据记录分析,确定带式输送机散料输送的合理许用倾角。
Conveying angle of belt conveyor has a direct bearing on the length and area of the delivery system as well as great effect on the expenses such as upfront project investment and post-service cost.An effective test method is introduced in the paper,and test data records are analyzed to determine reasonable and allowable inclination of bulk material conveying by belt conveyor.
