新型钢带打捆机械手的研究与设计

Research and design of new steel strip bundling manipulator

钢带打捆装置是钢管生产过程中十分重要的设备,主要用于对钢管的打捆包装,是钢管生产过程中的最后一道工序。文中以六角钢管包为研究对象,提出了将钢带打捆技术与机器人技术相结合的新的打捆方式,研究并设计出一种三自由度新型钢带打捆机械手设备。该设备可解决钢管生产企业对由残次钢管回收制成的废钢带的利用问题。

Steel strip bundling device is very important to steel pipe production,mainly used for steel pipe bundling and packaging,and is also the last step in steel pipe production.With hexagonal bundle of steel pipe as the research object,the paper proposes a new bundling method of combining steel strip bundling technology and robot technology and presents a new three degree-of-freedom steel strip bundling manipulator,which solves the steel pipe manufacturing enterprises headache of utilizing scrap strip made of recycled defective steel pipe.
