摘要
针对近年来电梯层门受外力致使层门靴脱离层门地坎槽,导致层门异常打开事故频发的情况,设计一种防止层门靴脱槽的保护装置。该装置采用与层门启闭动作联动的强制性机械机构使保护装置进入或脱离工作位置,即装置的挂钩进入或脱出安装在电梯层门地坎上和门套上的防脱件。在层门受外力撞击时,在挂钩的作用下减少层门的变形量,进一步增强层门强度,防止层门靴脱离层门地坎,达到防止电梯层门受外力异常打开的目的。该工作方式既能杜绝层门靴脱槽,防止层门受外力异常打开,又能保证电梯的正常运行,具有本质安全的属性。
To eliminate frequent abnormal opening of shaft door resulting from shaft door shoe disengaging from sill groove with elevator shaft door under external force,a protection device is designed for this end.The device is equipped with a mandatory mechanical mechanism in tandem with shaft door opening and closing,which pushes the protection device into or out of the working position,i.e.,the hook of the device getting into or out of the anti-off device installed on the sill and door pocket.When the shaft door is under external shock,the device can reduce the deformation of the shaft door under the action of the hook,further enhance the strength of the shaft door and prevent the shaft door shoe disengaging from the sill,thus avoiding abnormal opening of the elevator shaft door under external force.This mode is intrinsically safe,which not only eliminates the shaft door shoe disengaging from the groove and prevents abnormal opening of the shaft door due to external force,but also ensures the normal operation of the elevator.
