摘要
对圆柱滚子轴承而言,接触应力是影响其承载能力和寿命的关键因素。文中以滚动体为研究对象,采用Hertz接触理论、基于影响系数法的数值计算、光弹法以及有限元接触算法分析了接触线上的应力分布情况,并分析比较了不同方法的优缺点以及适用范围,为滚动轴承的研究提供了参考。
For cylindrical roller bearing,contact stress is the key factor affecting its bearing capacity and life span.With rolling element as the research object,the paper analyzes the stress distribution on the contact line by using Hertz contact theory,numerical calculation based on influence coefficient method,photo-elastic method and finite element contact method,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of different methods and their application scope,which can be a reference for the design of rolling bearing.
