摘要
针对常用的电力液压鼓式制动器,分析了不同的结构特征和特点。以YWZ8-700/E301、YWZ9-630/E301和YWZ13-600/E301为研究对象,分别推导了整个制动器系统总的传动比和制动器机构杠杆比计算公式。按照标准GB/T30221-2013《工业制动器能效测试方法》对该制动器进行了能效实测,结合实测数据、计算结果和理论公式,分析了影响制动器能效的相关因素和参数,从参数设计、结构设计、驱动装置创新、控制装置创新和推动装置选型等方面给电力液压制动器能效提升提出了切实可行的建议。为工业制动器节能设计和能效提升提供了设计依据和经验参考。
In the paper,different structural characteristics of common electro-hydraulic drum brakes are analyzed.With YWZ8-700/E301,YWZ9-630/E301 and YWZ13-600/E301 as the research objects,the formulas for total transmission ratio of the entire brake system and lever ratio of the brake mechanism are deduced respectively.Energy efficiency of the brake is measured in accordance with GB/T 30221-2013 Energy Efficiency Test Procedures for Industrial Brakes,and relevant factors and parameters influencing the energy efficiency of the brake are analyzed based on the measured data,calculation results and theoretical formulas.The paper further proposes feasible suggestions on improving the energy efficiency of electro-hydraulic brakes with respect to parameter design,structure design,drive innovation,control device innovation and promotion of device selection,which can serve as design basis and reference for energy saving design and energy efficiency improvement of industrial brake.
