摘要
在带式输送机系统运行过程中需要在转接点实现带载切换工艺流程时,采用传统的翻板式分叉溜管,通常因物料冲击力较大,无法实现带载切换。经过对不同系统工艺切换方案对比研究,提出两种新型分叉溜管技术,能够实现带载切换。
It is often necessary to switch with load at transition point during the operation of belt conveyor system,but traditional flap-type bifurcated slide pipe does not work due to great material impact force.After comparing process switching schemes of different system,the paper proposes two new bifurcated slide pipe technologies for switching with load.
