摘要
运用逻辑分析、实地调研等研究方法,分析得出当前高校足球教学体系"碎片化"的表征为:足球教学理念"碎片化",体育精神的培育目标与运动技能的传授过程脱节;足球教学内部体系"碎片化",各主体、要素之间割裂与无序;足球教学外部管理"碎片化",体系狭隘难以匹配体育精神培育的预期定位。以协同治理创新高校足球教学的主要模式有:构建"精神培育为主导,运动技能传授为基础"的课堂教学协同模式;构建"课堂教学为根本、学生社团活动为依托、体育赛事为提升"的实践教学协同模式;构建"专任教师引导、教学与团学等管理人员协助、学生自我管理"的三位一体教学管理协同模式。
This paper uses logic analysis,field research and other methods to analyze the current fragmentation of college football teaching system,and it can be characterized as follows:In terms of"fragmentation"in football teaching,the goal of cultivating the spirit of sports is departed from the process of teaching sports skills;The"fragmentation"in the internal system shows up from its disorder of main body and each element while the"fragmentation"in the external system appears from the mismatch of system and sports spirit.The main modes of collaborative governance and innovation in football teaching in colleges and universities are as follows:constructing the collaborative mode of classroom teaching,which is"taking cultivation of spirit as the leading mode while teaching sports skills as basic".Build cooperative mode of"classroom-teaching as a foundation,student club activities as a companion,sports events as a promotion".To establish the collaborative model of"take full-time teacher as guidance,group members as assistance,and students as a part for self-management",and put all those three together as one.
