摘要
以橙皮为原料,采用超声波辅助提取精油。选择料液比、石油醚体积分数、静置时间、超声温度和超声时间进行单因素试验。在此基础上,设计响应面试验对橙皮香精油的提取工艺参数进行优化。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶20(g∶mL),石油醚体积分数99.16%,静置时间15 min,超声温度40℃,超声时间15.77 min,在此条件下橙皮香精油的提取率为2.56%。
Orange peel was used as material for extraction of essential oil with ultrasonic assisted method.Solid-liquid ratio,petroleum ether volume fraction,resting time,ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic time were chosen in single factor experiments,and the factors were further optimized using response surface methodology.By analyzing the response surface plots,the optimal levels for solid-liquid ratio,petroleum ether volume fraction,resting time,ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic time were respectively determined as 1∶20(g∶mL),99.16%,15 min,40℃,15.77 min.Under the optimized conditions,the extraction rate of orange peel essential oil was 2.56%.
