新疆蘑菇的营养保健及其驯化培育

新疆蘑菇产于新疆博斯腾湖周围,因其味道鲜美、营养丰富而受到人们的极度推崇,过度采摘及环境破坏使得野生的新疆蘑菇资源越来越少,因此保护及驯化培育新疆蘑菇具有极高的经济价值和保护意义。通过利用牛粪、草糠、发酵料、麦子等原料驯化培育新疆蘑菇子实体,使新疆蘑菇从接种到采收整个生产周期为70 d。

Agaricus sinodelicious is produced around Bosten Lake in Xinjiang.Because of its delicious and nutrtion,it has been highly prasied by people.But its regources is declining due to the excessive and environment damage.Therefore,it has extremy high economic value and significance by proetcting and cultivating A.sinodelicious.Cow dung,grass chaff,fermentation materials,wheat were used to cultivate the A.sinodeliciosus.Through the cultivation test,we successfully obtained the fruitbody of A.sinodeliciosus.From inoculation to harvest the entire production cycle was 70 d.
