基于新工科人才培养的高校“食品微生物”教学改革探讨 被引量:10

摘要 "食品微生物"是食品科学与工程专业的核心课程之一,然而当下的教学中学生的参与度不高,学生的主观能动性和创造性没有得到充分的调动和发挥。针对新工科人才和食品科学与工程专业工程认证的培养目标,结合社会对食品专业技能人才的需求,旨在加强"食品微生物"教学与实际工作的密切联系,探索教学内容、教学方式和评价方式改革,激发学生学习兴趣,培育基础扎实、面向产业、面向未来的新型食品微生物专业人才。 Food Microbiology is one of the core professional course in food science and technology.However,the main problem is that students'low participation in Food Microbiology teaching,thus their activity and creativity cannot be fully inspired.In order to achieve the educational objectives of new engineering talents and engineering certification in food science and technology,and train more professional food talents for society.The purpose of this article was to strengthen the strong relationship between Food Microbiology teaching and practical work,to explore the reform of teaching contents,teaching methods and evaluation methods in Food Microbiology,so as to arise the learning interest of students,which contributes to cultivate new food microbiology professionals with solid foundation,industry vision and future vision.
