摘要
通过签订学校、企业及学生的三方协议,采取招生与招工、毕业与就业合一办法,实现校企深度融合。学校和企业紧密合作,依托校内实训基地共同制订现代学徒制的食品类专业人才培养方案,共同开发相应的课程,校企"双师"联合授课,共同培养出"工匠型"的优秀毕业生(员工),实现学校、企业及学生三方共赢的局面。
Through the signing of the tripartite agreement of school enterprise and student,the combination of enrollment and recruitment,graduation and employment was adopted to achieve the deep integration of school and enterprise.The school and the enterprise cooperate closely to formulate the food specialty talent training program of the modern apprenticeship on the school training base.The school and enterprise developed the corresponding courses in common,the teacher together with the master worker to teach students and train outstanding graduates(employees)of craftsman.The situation will achieve an all-win result in school enterprise and student.
