摘要 "食品微生物检验技术"作为食品科学与工程、食品质量与安全相关专业的核心课程,其实践性和应用性较强。结合OBE模式的培养目标和培养要求,通过对教学内容、教学方法和课程考核方式等方面进行改革与探索,创建先进的教学模式,切实提高课程教学质量和学生的专业素养,为高素质应用型专业人才的培养奠定坚实基础。 The Food Microbiology Testing Technology is known as one of the core courses for the specialties of food science and technology,food quality and safety,which has strong practicality and applicability characteristics.According to the training objectives and training requirements of the OBE model,the teaching content,teaching methods,as well as the assessment model or others were reformed and explored in this article.The purpose of this study was to build an advanced teaching model,to improve the teaching quality of this course,and to enhance the students'professional quality.Moreover,it could lay a solid foundation,and was more beneficial for the development of high-quality applied talents.
