《红楼梦》英译本中勒菲弗尔改写理论的应用——以《红楼梦》中建筑文化翻译为例

Application of Lefevere's Rewriting Theory in English Version of A Dream of Red Mansions: A Case Study of Architectural Cultural Translation in A Dream of Red Mansions

作为中华文化瑰宝中的重要组成部分,以《红楼梦》为代表的中国古典小说在文化传播方面发挥了巨大的作用。20世纪中叶,随着文化转向翻译学说的兴起,改写理论应运而生。本文旨在运用勒菲弗尔的改写理论,对《红楼梦》两个英译本中建筑文化翻译进行举例分析研究,以促进东西方文化的交流与融合。

As an important part of Chinese culture,Chinese classical novels represented by A Dream of Red Mansions have played an important role in the cultural communication.In the middle of the 20th century,rewriting theory came into being due to the rise of cultural theory of translation.In this paper,based on the application of Lefevere’s rewriting theory,the authors analyze the architectural cultural translation in the two English versions of A Dream of Red Mansions with the purpose of promoting the communication and integration of both Eastern and Western culture.
