家庭经济困难大学生职业能力提升的有效路径

How to Promote Professional Abilities of College Students from Poor Families

党的十九大指出:就业是最大的民生。当前大学生"就业难"问题已经引起政府、社会和高校的密切关注,而家庭经济困难大学生"就业难"的问题更为突出。科学分析大学生职业能力的内涵及其构成,从自我认知能力、职业生涯规划、择业观念、综合素质、家庭因素等方面探究家庭经济困难大学生自身职业能力提升存在的主要问题,研究探索学校教育、政府和企业支持、社会扶助等全方位的提升其职业能力的有效路径,为保障家庭经济困难大学生顺利就业、创业贡献力量。

Students from poor families are more difficult in obtain a job.In this paper,the connotation and composition of student’s professional abilities are introduced.Problems in self-cognition,career planning,employment attitude,comprehensive quality and family that affect the promotion of their professional abilities are analyzed.Accordingly,some channels such as entrepreneurship education,support form government and enterprise and social assistance are proposed.
