枇杷的营养成分非常丰富,而且对人体有一定的保健作用。通过介绍枇杷的营养成分和保健作用,以及在烘焙产品中的应用,对发展地方经济、提高果农收入、挖掘枇杷价值具有重要意义。
The nutritive components of loquat are very rich,and it has some health effects on human body.This paper introduced the nutrition components and health effects of loquat and used them in baking products.It has great significance to develop the local economy,increase the income of fruit farmers,and excavate the deep processing of loquat.
