随着我国禽类养殖业的发展,鸡血年产量日益增加,但是利用率却迟迟不增,大多鸡血以废物的形式排放到周围环境中。为了减少浪费和控制环境污染,同时提高鸡血的利用率,通过阐述鸡血清成分分析、鸡血清蛋白的分离纯化和鸡血清在饲料工业、医药工业等方面的开发与利用,以鸡血清研究为重点对鸡血利用进行综述。

With the development of poultry industry in China,the annual production of chicken was increasing,but utilization has been slow,most chicken blood was wasted in the form of waste.To reduce waste,environmental pollution,improve the utilization of chicken blood,the composition of chicken serum was analyzed in detail,isolation and purification of chicken serum protein,chicken serum in the feed industry,pharmaceutical industry and other aspects of the development and utilization,the study of chicken serum was a focus on the use of chicken blood.
