摘要
身体形态是身体的外部形状和特征,一般是由长度、围度、重量及其相互关系表现出来的。实验选取山西大学商务学院2013级参加健身秧歌俱乐部选项课的25名女大学生作为实验干预对象;干预内容为国家体育总局创编的第四套健身秧歌规定套路;时间为12周,每周3次。干预结果显示:25名女大学生参加12周健身秧歌干预后,身体形态发生了明显变化,特别是表现在体重、腰围和臀围三项数值变化较明显;身高、胸围、大臂围和大腿围也有一定的改变。实验结果表明:长期参加健身秧歌锻炼能够很好地改变女大学生的身体形态。
Body form is the external shape and character of the body.It is usually expressed by length,circumference,weight and their relationship.In the experiment,25 female college students who took the option class of health Yangko Club in class 2013 of Business College of Shanxi University are selected as the experimental subjects.The content of the intervention is the fourth set of the regulation routine of the Yangko;12 weeks.Three times a week.The results of the intervention shows that:after 25 female college students took part in a 12-week exercise,there is a marked change in body form;in particular,the body weight,waist circumference and hip circumference are significantly different.Height,chest circumference,big arm circumference and thigh circumference also have certain changes.The experimental results show that:Taking part in the Yangko exercise for a long time can change the body shape of female college students.
