摘要
健身气功是一项民族传统体育项目,是我国中华民族传统优秀文化之一。健身气功是练习者以自身的呼吸吐纳、身体活动和心理调节共同作用的运动。由此可知,健身气功不仅可以提高练习者的身体素质,改善自身的生理功能,而且也可以加强练习者的心理素质,提高自身的道德修养,可以说健身气功是一种非常有益处的运动。因此,应该积极的推广健身气功这项运动在我国的发展,让健身运动惠及更多的人。基于此,文章对健身气功的发展趋势进行分析和探索,并对其推广提出几点策略,希望能为健身气功的发展有过贡献。
Fitness Qigong is a national traditional sport event,and it is one of the excellent traditional Chinese culture.Fitness Qigong practitioners regulate its breathing,physical activity and psychological movement.As a result,the fitness Qigong can not only improve the physical quality of the practitioners,improve their own physiological functions,but also strengthen the psychological quality of the practitioners and improve their own moral cultivation.So it can be said that fitness Qigong is a very beneficial exercise.Therefore,we should actively promote the development of fitness Qigong in China,and let fitness activities benefit more people.Based on this,the development trend of fitness Qigong is analyzed and explored,and some strategies are put forward to promote the development of fitness Qigong.
