摘要
文章通过文献资料法、数理统计法以及专家访谈法等研究方法,结合篮球比赛的特点,概括出篮球裁判员体能是以耐力素质为基础,力量和速度素质是体能的关键,对灵敏素质有较高的要求,柔韧素质是避免运动损伤的重要因素;基于体能训练理论与原则,总结出篮球裁判员体能训练时应遵循的系统性、竞技需要、区别对待和周期安排四大原则;针对篮球裁判员体能需要,根据裁判员在比赛运动特征,制定出速度、力量、耐力、灵敏和柔韧素质训练方法。
This article through the literature method,mathematical statistics and expert interviews and other research methods,combining with the characteristics of basketball game,generalizes the basketball referees fitness based on endurance quality,the key to the physical strength and speed quality,and the sport has higher requirements for sensitive quality,flexible quality,and the training is an important factor to avoid sports injury.Based on the theory and principle of physical training,the four principles of system,competitive need,discrimination and cycle arrangement should be followed in the physical training of basketball referees.According to the physical needs of the basketball referee,the training method of speed,strength,endurance,agility and flexibility should be developed according to the characteristics of the referee in the game.
