绩效考核对于企业的发展具有重要意义,在石油装备企业的发展中,也应该加强企业发展中的绩效考核管理。鉴于此,论文以基于价值管理的HU绩效考核为基准,对石油装备制造企业的财务绩效内生性做出了研究。

Performance appraisal has important significance for the development of the enterprise.In the development of the petroleum equipment enterprises,strengthening themanagement of performance appraisal is also needed in the development of enterprises.In viewof this,this paper makes a research on the endogenous financial performance of petroleum equipment manufacturing enterprises based on the HU performance appraisal basedon the valuemanagement.
