摘要
人力资源管理的信息化,有助于提升企业的管理效率,提高员工的工作技能,降低企业成本,从而增强企业的竞争能力,实现企业长足发展。论文就实施人力资源管理信息化的作用及存在的问题进行了阐述,提出了相关的策略,以供参考。
The informationization of human resource management can help to improve the efficiency of enterprise management,improve the working skills of employees,and reduce the cost of the enterprise,so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and achieve the long-term development of enterprises.The paper expounds the function and existing problems of implementing the informatization of human resource management,and puts forward some relevant strategies,for reference.
