In 2013,general secretary Xi Jinping proposed the strategic idea of"the Belt and Road"for the first time.By May 2017,the construction center of promoting"the Belt and Road"is established,which lays a more solid foundation for our country to realize the grand strategy of"the Belt and Road".More and more enterprises go abroad to construct and develop in other countries.In this environment,many high-efficiency projects in international trade are gradually developing to the industrial construction of the micro-profit industry.The localization of labor services and the globalization of human resources have become an important way for the construction and development of enterprises in China.
