基于公共产品供给视角看农村社会保障制度的完善

The Improvement of Rural Social Security System from the Perspective of Public Goods Supply

社会保障是农民生存和生活的最后一道"安全线"。但目前我国农村社会保障体系所面临的尴尬状况,严重影响了我国向新时期社会主义新农村建设目标迈进的迈进。论文从农村公共产品供给的角度,剖析当前农村公共产品供给存在的问题和完善社会保障制度的必要性,并提出完善农村社会保障制度的相关建议和对策。

Social Security is the last"safety line"for farmers to survive and live.However,the embarrassment faced by China's rural social security system has seriously affected our country's progress towards the goal of building a new socialist countryside in the new era.From the perspective of rural public goods supply,this paper analyzes the existing problems of rural public goods supply and the necessity of perfecting the social security system,and puts forwards the relevant suggestions and countermeasures of perfecting the rural social security system.
