工业锅炉用除盐水与软化水的能耗与经济比较

摘要 在工业锅炉的给水及排污的过程中,会使用到除盐水及软化水,为了能够比较出两者在这一过程中的能耗及经济性,论文对制取除盐水过程中的电耗、水耗及其成分等方面的测定方式及结果进行了分析。并且得出了在工业锅炉的给水过程中,基于排污效果上,使用除盐水所产生的能耗,要比软化水使用过程中产生的能耗低;但同时,使用除盐水花费的经济成本也比较高,从经济层面来说并不合适。 Desalted water and softened water will be used in the process of feedwater and sewerage of industrial boilers.In order to compare the energy consumption and economical efficiency of the two in this process,the paper analyzes the determination methods and results of electricity consumption,water consumption and their components in the process of preparing desalted water.And it is concluded that,based on the effect of sewage discharge,the energy consumption produced by using desalination in the feedwater process of industrial boiler is lower than that produced by using soft water.However,at the same time,the economic costs of using desalted water are also high,and it is not appropriate from the economic level.
