摘要 在现代工业生产过程中,活性炭的应用愈发广泛。由于活性炭单位价格较高且资源有限,如果不对活性炭的利用加以有效的控制,活性炭资源供应将呈现紧张状态,因此,关于活性炭再生工艺的应用成为了业内高度关注的课题。论文详细介绍了一种活性炭的再生工艺设备,从技术管理、工艺流程等角度对其工艺优化进行阐述,旨在通过分析活性炭再生工艺技术,探究其技术要点和优化效果,为普及活性炭再生工艺提供技术参考。 In the process of modern industrial production,the application of activated carbon is more and more extensive.Due to the unit price of activated carbon is high and the limited resources,if the utilization of activated carbon is not effectively controlled,the supply of activated carbon resources will be tight.Therefore,the application of activated carbon regeneration technology has become a highly concerned topic in the industry.This paper introduces a kind of activated carbon regeneration process equipment in detail,elaborates its process optimization from the perspective of technical management and process flow.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the technology of activated carbon regeneration,explore its technical key points and optimization effect,and provide technical reference for popularizing the regeneration process of activated carbon.
