国内压水堆核电站二回路全挥发处理效果的评价方法

摘要 通过研究二回路系统各设备腐蚀产物的分布,找到腐蚀产物与全挥发处理工况之间的联系,以此为依据,利用大修期间二回路凝汽器——磁性过滤器、除氧器及蒸汽发生器沉积物量的变化,评价运行过程中,二回路全挥发处理效果。本方法实用可靠,且利用了电厂大修期间的腐蚀检查数据,为评价水化学工况提供了一种十分有效的方法。 Through studying the distribution of corrosion products of each equipment in the secondary circuit,the relationship between the corrosion products and the full volatilization treatment conditions is found.Based on this,the total volatilization treatment effect of the secondary circuit in the operation process is evaluated by the change of the sediment quantity of the condenser-magnetic filter,deaerator and steam generator in the secondary circuit during the overhaul period.This method is practical and reliable,and has made use of the data of corrosion inspection during the overhaul period of power plants,which provides a very effective method for evaluating the hydrochemical conditions.
