拖链在工程设备支腿油管抗磨伸缩性中的运用

摘要 针对哈尔乌素设备维修中心工程设备支腿油管伸缩过程中产生的磨损问题,由于前期整车组装时的设计缺陷,造成支腿油管经常性的损坏,并形成恶性循环,导致维修工作复杂、成本加剧。因此,在保障安全的前提下,运用拖链自身伸展特性,解决了油管的磨损问题,保证了油管的正常伸缩,提高了油管的使用寿命,降低了成本,减轻了维修工作量,保障了设备的正常出动。 In view of the wear problem caused by the expansion and contracting of the leg tubing of the equipment in the Haerwusu Equipment Maintenance Center,due to the design defects of the vehicle assembly in the early stage,the tubing is frequently damaged and a vicious circle is formed.As a result,the maintenance work is complicated and the cost is increased.Therefore,in order to ensure the safety of the precursor,the drag chain itself is used to solve the wear problem of the tubing,to ensure the normal expansion of the tubing,to increase the service life of the tubing,and to reduce the cost.The maintenance workload is reduced and the normal operation of the equipment is ensured.
