白芨沟煤矿开采技术条件极为复杂,自然灾害严重,严重威胁矿井的安全生产,单产单进水平受开采技术条件制约仍旧低下。通过认真分析矿井单产单进的现状,提出了改进对策和措施,以机械化装备为基础,以生产技术改进和提升为手段,以提升管理水平为支撑,达到提高单产单进的目的,并取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。

The mining condition of Baijigou Coal Mine is very complex,the natural disasters are serious,the safety production of the mine is seriously threatened,and level of unit yield and single-inlet is restrict.ed by the mining technology.Based on the analysis of the present situation of mine's unit yield and singleinlet,the paper puts forward the improvement countermeasures and measures,based on mechanized equip.ment,taking production technology improvement and upgrading as the means,and improving the manage.ment level to achieve the purpose of improving the unit yield and single advance,and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
