摘要 本文通过对某电厂2台1000MW机组高压旁路安全阀误动现象进行分析,找出导致高压旁路安全阀误开启的原因,并根据高压旁路安全阀控制系统的特点,提出增加远方复位安全电磁阀功能和远方快关高压旁路调节阀功能的对策,对高压旁路安全阀误开启的故障进行迅速处理,防止事故扩大,减少负荷损失,降低事故风险。 By analyzing the mis-operation of high pressure turbine by safety valve in 2 1000MW units of a power plant,this paper finds out the cause of mis-operation of high pressure turbine by safety valve,and according to the characteristics of high pressure turbine by safety valve control system,the countermeasures of increasing the function of remote reset safe solenoid valve and remote fast closing high pressure bypass regulating valve are put forward in order to deal with the malfunction of false opening of high pressure bypass safety valve quickly,to prevent the accident from expanding,to reduce the load loss and to reduce the accident risk.
