摘要 "液压爬模",也叫"跳模",主要由爬架、爬升设备及爬升模板三部分组成,它集成了滑升模板、大模板施工的优点,结合自身工艺特点,在筒体结构、剪力墙结构及桥墩工程中得到广泛应用。其施工工艺简单、操作方便、整体稳定性高,极大地提高了高空作业的安全系数,从而保证了工程安全生产与文明施工,同时施工质量也得到了进一步的提高。 "Hydraulic climbing formwork",also called"mode hopping",which mainly are composed of three parts:climbing-frame,climbing equipment and climbing shuttering.It integrates the advantages of sliding formwork and large formwork construction,combing its own technological characteristics,it is widely used in tube structure,shear wall structure and pier engineering.It has simple construction technology,convenient operation and high overall stability,which greatly improves the safety factor of aloft work,thus guarantees the safety production and civilized construction of engineering,and also greatly improve the construction quality.
