利用SWOT分析法,深入分析保山市咖啡产业发展的优势、劣势、机遇和存在的威胁,为保山咖啡产业的可持续发展提出建议和对策。
In the paper,the sthrengths,weakness,opportutities and threats of Baoshan coffee industry were deeply analysised by the SWOT analysis and some suggestions and countermeasures were put forward for the sustainable development of Baoshan coffee industry.
