摘要
当前,烧结砖一次码烧隧道窑焙烧工艺中,多采用内燃焙烧方式,既在原料制备过程中,就掺配原煤,或者各种含残余发热量的工业废弃物,当掺配比例达到烧结所需热量的80%时,隧道窑热工控制较简便,但在隧道窑投煤孔处,仍然需要添加外投煤,保证制品在焙烧中的烧结程度,实现焙烧质量好,产量高的目标。由于原料的化学成分和物料性能变化,成型水分增加,产品规格变化,干燥和烧成隧道窑结构性能差异等因素,生产中会出现产品热损失和废品率增加的情况,导致烧结砖产品热耗偏高,这也是不能满足《烧结墙体材料单位产品能源消耗限额》行业标准指标的主要原因。
Due to changes in the chemical composition and material properties of raw materials,increased molding moisture content,changes in product specifications,and differences in the structural properties of drying and firing tunnel kiln,there will be product heat loss and waste product rate increase during production,resulting in heat loss of fired brick products.This is also the main reason for failing to meet the industry standard targets of“The norm of energy consumption per unit product of fired wall materials”.
