储藏年限对纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子活力及其营养物质含量的影响

The Effect of Storage Age on the Seed Vigor and Nutrient Content of Setaria sphacelata

【目的】纳罗克非洲狗尾草(Setaria sphacelata)是热带、亚热带地区优良的牧草兼地被植物,但其种子活力低,休眠程度深。为探明储藏年限对纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子活力及其营养含量的影响。【方法】以新收获的纳罗克非洲狗尾草净种子为对照(CK)、自然储藏1、2、3、4年的纳罗克非洲狗尾草净种子为试验材料,测定种子发芽率、活力及其营养物质含量。【结果】储藏1年的纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子的发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数最高;随着储藏时间的延长,种子的粗蛋白、粗纤维含量呈现先下降后上升的趋势;粗灰分持续下降;粗脂肪先上升后下降;含水量、钙、磷含量呈现先下降后稳定的趋势。【结论】建议在纳罗克非洲狗尾草栽培利用上,选择储藏1~2年的种子作种用。

[Purpose]Setaria sphacelata is one of excellent tropical and subtropical forages and ground plants.However,its seeds are low vigor and deep dormancy.The aim of this study was to find out the effect of storage age on seed vigor and nutrient content of the S.sphacelata.[Method]We determined the seed germination rate,vigor level and nutrient content,contrasting with the net seeds of the new harvest and using natural storage for 1,2,3 and 4 years of net seeds as test materials.[Results]The seeds stored for 1 year had the highest germination rate,germination index and vigor index.The crude protein and the crude fiber content showed the trend of decreasing after increasing.The content of water,calcium and phosphorus showed a steady trend after decreasing.[Conclusion]It is suggested that storage seeds for 1 and 2 years can be used about the cultivation and utilization of S.sphacelata.
