Evaluation Index System of Communication Equipment Operation Test

装备作战试验是武器装备建设的重要环节。针对目前通信装备试验评估理论体系缺乏,无法有效检验装备在近实战背景下效能发挥的现状,从通信装备的作战任务使命入手,分别从装备作战效能、作战适应性两方面提出效能指标,包括指标内涵、度量方法以及计算模型等,全面考核通信装备能否满足作战使用要求,同时提出体系贡献率的算法用于综合评估装备在体系作战背景下的效用,最终提出效能的聚合评估方法,为支撑通信装备建设和更加科学合理的采办决策提供科学参考。

Equipment operational test is an important part of weapon equipment construction.At present,in view of the lack of theoretical system for communication equipment test and evaluation,and it is unable to effectively verify the current situation of equipment effectiveness under the actual combat background.Aiming at this problem,starting from the combat mission of communication equipment,the effectiveness index is proposed from two aspects of equipment operational effectiveness and operational adaptability,including index connotation,measurement method and calculation model,thus to comprehensively assess whether the communication equipment can meet the operational requirements.At the same time,the algorithm of contribution rate is proposed,so as to evaluate the effectiveness of equipment in the context of system operation.Finally,the aggregated evaluation method for the operational effectiveness is proposed,thus to provide a scientific reference for supporting the construction of communication equipment and more scientific and reasonable procurement decisions.
