摘要
护理用床的使用者大多是特殊人群,如行动不便的老人、身体患有残疾缺陷的患者等。在实际设计制造的过程中,设计者需要站在患者的角度进行产品设计。本次设计的护理床包括动力装置、床体结构、执行装置和调控装置等,其翻身机构和屈腿机构采用的工作原理十分科学。整个设计构件的张合幅度和规格应该根据实际案例数据分析进行设计。本次设计将护理床的主要功能部分进行有效设计和分析,并在原有的基础上进行了相关优化和调整。利用计算机进行模型的构建,设计完成后借助Pre/Engineer软件中自带的运动仿真功能模块进行整个调节过程的模拟。该机床设计能够满足大多数病人的各项日常身体调整需求,实用性较强,操作较为灵活。
Nursing beds were mostly used for special groups,including elderly people with inconvenient mobility and patients with physical disabilities.In the actual design and manufacture process,designers need to stand in the perspective of patients for product design.The nursing bed designed in this design includes the power plant,the bed structure,the execution device and the control device.The working principle of the turning mechanism and the leg bending mechanism is very scientific.The width and specification of the whole design component should be analyzed according to the actual case data.This design will effectively design and analyze the main functional parts of the nursing bed,and make relevant optimization and adjustment on the basis of the original.Using the computer to build the model,after the design is completed,the whole adjustment process is simulated with the function module of the motion simulation in Pre/Engineer software.The machine tool design can meet the needs of most patients’daily physical adjustment,with strong practicability and flexible operation.
