基于数控设备系统的设计研究

摘要 目前,很多数控设备依然存在加工精度低、制造成本高、控制系统复杂等缺陷,因此有必要对数控设备系统进行设计。首先分析了数控设备的组成,以便对关键的装置和部分进行设计,尤其是进给伺服系统和电机。接着,对进给伺服系统和机械设备结构的工作原理进行分析,提出了进给装置的伺服电机选择方法。实践表明,该数控设备系统设计具有成本低、功能性强、精度高等优点,为旧设备的数控化改造和优化提供了新的方向。 At present,many CNC equipment still have the defects of low machining precision,high manufacturing cost and complicated control system.Therefore,it is necessary to design the CNC equipment system.Firstly,the composition of CNC equipment is analyzed,so as to design the key devices and parts,especially the feed servo system and motor.Then,the working principle of the feed servo system and the mechanical equipment structure is analyzed,and the servo motor selection method of the feeding device is put forward.The practice shows that the design of the CNC system has the advantages of low cost,strong function and high precision,which provides a new direction for the numerical control transformation and optimization of the old equipment.
