摘要
金属材料在热处理过程中,因温度应力和相变应力作用,容易产生应力和变形。分析变形因素,做到有效控制,有助于提高产品的质量,便于机械零件的装配与使用。结合企业生产实际,对金属材料热处理变形因素和控制措施加以探析。
Metal materials are prone to stress and deformation due to temperature stress and phase transformation stress during heat treatment.Analysis of deformation factors and effective control will help improve the quality of products and facilitate the assembly and use of mechanical parts.Combined with the actual production of enterprises,the deformation factors and control measures of heat treatment for metal materials are discussed.
