摘要
某热处理厂受托为风电设备热处理一根42CrNiMo材料的空心轴,热处理后发现管件有两条纵向裂纹,从内孔向外辐射,未穿透到表面。为了分析裂纹形成的原因,对它进行了硬度测定、宏观检测及理化检验。结果表明,空心轴内外表面形成马氏体的时间不一致,造成撕裂,导致开裂。
A heat treatment plant is entrusted to heat treatment of a hollow shaft of a 42CrNiMo material in wind power equipment.After heat treatment,it is found that there are two longitudinal cracks in the pipe,radiating from the inner hole and not penetrating the surface.In order to analyze the cause of crack formation,it was tested for hardness,macroscopic testing,and physical and chemical testing.The results show that the formation of martensite on the inner and outer surfaces of the hollow shaft is inconsistent,causing tearing and cracking.
