摘要
目前,工程技术方面所采用的Teamcenter技术是一项以SOA架构为主的系统平台,运用这个平台能够实现数控加工能力的提升。在对Teamcenter系统技术进行研究的过程中,首先根据数控加工的工艺特征开展了Teamcenter系统的搭建,从而使其能够满足数控加工的相关要求,随后,依据具体的数控加工业务开展Teamcenter的工艺设计实践,从而达到提升工艺设计能力的目的。
At present,the Teamcenter technology used in engineering technology is a system platform based on SOA architecture,which can be used to improve the ability of NC machining.In this paper,in the process of research on Teamcenter system technology,first of all,the construction of Teamcenter system is carried out according to the technological characteristics of NC machining,so that it can meet the relevant requirements of NC machining.Then,the design practice of Teamcenter is carried out according to the specific NC processing business,so as to achieve the purpose of improving process design capabilities.
