摘要
风力发电机组在长期停机和维护时,需要将轮毂锁住。结合机舱空间小的结构特征,研制出了一种风力发电机电动叶轮锁。将电动机、减速机构和丝杆螺母结构设计成一体结构,实现了锁杆的自由伸缩、定位锁紧、极限位置保护。
The wind turbine needs to lock the hub during long-term shutdown and maintenance.Combining the small structural features of the cabin space,a wind turbine generator electric impeller lock was developed.The structure of the motor,the speed-reduction mechanism and the screw nut is designed into an integral structure,which realizes the free expansion and contraction of the lock lever,positioning and locking,and extreme position protection.
